re-Link is a service developed and provided by Curious Company. It consists of a mobile application (the "App") and accompanying software running on a computer (the "Relay"). re-Link is provided “as is” and by using it, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Accuracy and Reliability: Curious Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the App or Relay. Any reliance you place on this tool is strictly at your own risk.

Data Security: While utmost care has been taken to ensure the security of your data, Curious Company cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the network. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your data and devices.

Third-Party Links: re-Link may contain links to third-party websites or resources. These links are provided for your convenience and do not signify endorsement by Curious Company. We have no control over the content, nature, or availability of those sites. The inclusion of any links does not imply a recommendation or endorsement of the views expressed within them.

Service Availability: Every effort is made to keep re-Link operational and running smoothly. However, Curious Company does not guarantee that the App or Relay will be available uninterrupted or error-free. Technical issues or maintenance may temporarily disrupt the service.

Indemnification: By using re-Link, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Curious Company, their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, and agents from any and all claims, liability, damages, and/or costs (including, but not limited to, attorneys' fees) arising from your use of re-Link.

Privacy Policy

No personal data is collected, shared, or utilized by re-Link, except for the following purposes:

Crash Logs: In the event of a crash, anonymous crash logs may be sent to us for diagnostic purposes to improve the stability and performance of the App and Relay.

User-Uploaded Logs: Users have the option to manually upload logs for debugging purposes. These logs may contain technical information related to the functioning of the App and Relay. Any user-uploaded logs will be treated with confidentiality and used solely for debugging and improving re-Link.

Anonymous Usage Analytics: Anonymous usage analytics may be collected to understand user behavior and preferences. This data is used to enhance the user experience and improve the re-Link’s features. No personally identifiable information is included in these analytics
